Taking Australian Agriculture to New Heights
Corrective Notice
Drone TK Australia Pty Ltd (Tekron)
We want to let you know about things that we have previously done that are not allowed
under Australia’s competition laws.
Beginning in April 2024, we:
(a) entered into agreements with Resellers, which contained a term that the Resellers
must sell DJI Products at the prices set by Tekron or as mutually agreed upon by
Tekron and the Reseller;
(b) on occasion, communicated prices to resellers as being the minimum
recommended retail price below which they could not advertise or sell DJI
Products;
(c) advised a Reseller that it could reduce prices for certain DJI Products in deals with the
Reseller’s customers, but not to publicly advertise the reduced prices.
We want to notify you that:
• resellers are free to set their own prices for goods supplied to them by Tekron;
• resellers do not have to comply with our recommended retail prices; and
• the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission has recently accepted an
agreement from us not to set minimum retail prices again, see https://www.accc.gov.au/public-registers/undertakings-registers/drone-tk-australia-pty-ltd.
For more information about setting minimum resale prices and competition law, see:
https://www.accc.gov.au/business/competition-and-exemptions/minimum-resaleprices.
Should you have any questions regarding the above, please contact Tekron.
